We the People — app layout, rough draft v0.1

Thirteen core screens. Not final design — a shared reference for what we're building: live government data, structured solutions, short video, contact-your-rep, promise tracking, running for office, and two grounded AI assistants (fact-checking and solution co-authoring). Screens 9–10 show the Issue Hub's full seven-category structure (Videos, Official data, Citizen solutions, Politicians, Legislation, Elections, Opportunities) and the shared Past/Current/Upcoming pattern used by Legislation and Elections. Screens 11–12 show Discussion, the per-issue Twitter/X-style thread board (Lane 4, not yet built) — a feed of short public posts and one expanded thread with replies.
